The redemption period begins on the 1st of October 2023 and ends on the 30th of September 2024. Please be aware that all redemptions are final - items are not returnable, refundable, nor can they be exchanged for other merchandise. Our service caters exclusively to UK addresses. Delivery is conducted via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service. While we aim to dispatch your items within 7 working days, please understand that we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We cannot be held responsible for any late or failed deliveries due to incorrect or inaccurate address details. If an item is returned due to such inaccuracies, redelivery can be arranged upon payment of the redelivery cost.
